One Platform, Every Client
Agencies juggle multiple brands, campaigns, and routing requirements at once. Middlewr’s workspace model lets you manage each client in its own isolated environment — with dedicated domains, rule configurations, analytics, and team permissions.Multi-Workspace
Create a dedicated workspace per client. Links, rules, domains, analytics, and team members are fully isolated.
White-Label Reports
Export per-branch analytics and present campaign results under your client’s brand.
Multi-Workspace Management
1
Create a workspace per client
Set up a dedicated workspace for each client. Name it after the client or brand.
2
Configure domains and rules
Add the client’s custom domain. Set up rule graph templates for their common routing patterns (geo-routing, device routing, A/B tests).
3
Invite the right people
Add your team members with Admin or Editor roles. Invite client stakeholders with Viewer access so they can see analytics but not modify rules.
4
Switch between workspaces
Navigate between client workspaces from the dashboard. Each workspace maintains its own rules, links, and analytics.
Custom Domains per Client Brand
Every client gets their own domain, and every link on that domain runs the full rule engine:Brand Consistency
Each client’s links use their own domain —
go.clientbrand.com — with automated routing behind every URL.Automatic SSL
SSL certificates are provisioned automatically for every custom domain.
Multiple Domains
Clients with multiple brands can each have their own domain within the same workspace.
Rule Templates per Client
Different clients need different automation strategies. Build reusable rule patterns:Role-Based Access for Client Teams
Agency Team
Admin or Editor roles. Build rules, manage campaigns, and analyze results.
Client Stakeholders
Viewer access. See links, rules, and per-branch analytics without modifying anything.
Controlled Invitations
Invite by email with a specific role. Revoke access or change roles at any time.
Workspace Isolation
Client A cannot see Client B’s data, even if the same agency team manages both.
Per-Branch Reporting for Clients
Agencies live by their reports. Per-branch analytics give you granular data to show clients exactly how their automation rules perform:1
Gather per-branch data
Use link analytics to see how each routing branch, A/B variant, and condition path performed.
2
Filter by date and tags
Narrow results to specific campaigns, channels, or time periods.
3
Export and present
Download CSV data and build client decks showing which rule paths drove the most engagement and conversions.
